About Lizgotsole & how kicks made me who I am today:
A young, Filipina female who’s originally from L.A./the Westcoast, but now living it up in Houston, Texas; I absolutely love my life. I’m currently going to school at the University of Houston as a Communications/Broadcasting major and I plan on one day becoming an ESPN broadcastor. I’ve been collecting kicks ever since middle school and I’ve grown to love Jordans the most. I’ve come to realize that sometimes swag is everything and first impressions are important so looking my best is a must. Back then, in middle school, I got made fun of and it was pretty tough because I moved schools a lot. It was kind of like the “ugly duckling” story. I would have to say that kicks have made me into a more confident and outgoing person. If I didn’t have sneakers/kicks in my life, I don’t think I would be able to function. But I’m mosdef looking forward to keep on building my collection and my very own style.
